PURPOSE: To make it possible to be suitable for mass production by impregnating processed resin material such as polyester and melamine after overlapping the textile base on covered paper like titanium paper.

CONSTITUTION: A textile base 2 is overlapped on a covered paper 3. Then a processed resin material 4 like polyester and melamine is impregnated to form a fancy member 5 for a ceiling plate. A ceiling plate 1 is manufactured by hardening mold of this member by means of the hot press on the board 6. In this process, without providing a printing space by means of offset printing, appropriately selected textile base can be used. Therefore ceiling plates that are suitable for the production of small quantities of various kinds rich in fashionability can be manufactured inexpensively.
