Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a ceiling traveling vehicle which prevents the deterioration of the cleanliness in a bucket during transport by installing a cover body covering the mounted bucket, on an elevator board which is installed in free elevation and lowering for a traveling vehicle body which travels along a rail installed on a ceiling.
CONSTITUTION: A cover body 50 is equipped with a plate 51 and a cover member 52 which is fixed on the undersurface of the plate 51, and four guide rods 53 fixed on the undersurface of the plate 51 are inserted in slidable manner into four guide pipes 33 erected the frame 31 of a cage body 30, and installed in vertically movable manner for the cage body 30, Though the cover body 50 is always urged toward the cage body 30 by a spring, if an elevator board 20 lowers, a receiving part 54 installed on the plate 50 contacts a guide pole 44 which penetrates through a guide block 24 and is pushed up, and upward movement is performed. Accordingly, the trouble that the cleanliness in a bucket is deteriorated during transport is prevented.
