To improve transfer action of a transfer machine and prevent contact with a device near a conveyer by accurately positioning the transfer machine during rise and fall of the transfer machine and transfer.

A pair of guide pin slide support part 12 formed in a cylindrical shape and having a guide pin 15 inserted and supported slidably therein via a spring 14 are erectly provided on both sides of the conveyer 9. A pair of stands 13 for vertical positioning are erectly provided on the both sides of the conveyer 9. A male cone 17 is mounted on a guide pin 15. The transfer machine 8 is provided with a female cone 19 fitting with the male cone 17 and determining horizontal position of the transfer machine 8. The transfer machine is provided with a stand receiving part 20 abutting on the stand 13 for vertical positioning and determining a vertical position of the transfer machine 8 when the transfer machine falls.
