Abstract:
To provide a cell culture chip enabling cells to be observed for a long period and recorded by photographing or using video technique through monitoring the condition of a culture liquid and exchanging it at proper timing.
The cell culture chip 10 includes a sensor 18 for detecting the pH, temperature or the like of the culture liquid in a well. The sensor 18 to be used is e.g. a pO2 sensor, NO sensor, CO2 sensor. By using a pH sensor for example, timing of exchanging the culture liquid can be grasped accurately.
