To provide a cell fractionating device which can efficiently, continuously, and segregatively collect fresh cells having charges without staining the cells, by utilizing the antagonism between an ultrasonic radiation pressure and an electrostatic force.
A cell fractionating module 1 which segregatively collects cells having charges and cells having no charge is composed of a holder 11 for holding cell fractionating cell and a disposable cell fractionating cell 12 held by the holder 11. In the cell 12, cells are fractionated in accordance with their freshness by applying the gathering force of the cells, by introducing an ultrasonic wave and the electrostatic force which is generated by means of the charges carried by the cells when the cells start to move, and utilizing the antagonism between both forces.
