PURPOSE: To carry out cell fusion operation by one container under plural kinds of conditions and to effect a large amount of cell fusion treatment by one operation, by forming plural cell fusion baths to have cell suspension in gaps of a pair of electrodes opposing at equal intervals in the same container.
CONSTITUTION: An electrode 14-1 having the circumference of a disc protruded in a rind state and ring-shaped electrodes 14-2W14W5 in a concentric configuration with the electrode 14-1 are bonded to a base plate 4 of a main body 7 of a chamber capable of preventing invasion of various germs and evaporation of a cell solution. Cell fusion baths are constructed by the electrodes 14-1W14-5 and the base plate 4 and the electrodes 14-2W14-4 are also used as electrodes of two neighboring cell fusion baths.
