CONSTITUTION: This method for proliferating EB virus is to carry out treatment such as subculture for a long period, treatment with a variation inducing chemical substance, temperature change or UV irradiation alone or in combination of an Akata cell, providing a cell strain uninfected with the EB virus in which the EB virus is deciduous, infect the cell strain with the EB virus in a pharyngeal wiped liquid, blood, a humor, an extract solution of a tissue or a cell, a culture supernatant, etc., and then perform the treatment with an anti-human immunoglobulin antibody.
