Abstract:

To solve a problem associated with laminating plural cells, which leads to an increase in a voltage on a low-potential side, hampering accurate measurement of voltages of individual cells.

A cell voltage measurement device (2) includes: terminals (q1 through qN+1) disposed at respective plural connection parts serially connecting plural cells; voltage measurement sections (401 through 40N) each connected to a pair of terminals of the terminals that are disposed at connection parts across a cell; and switches (SW1 through SWN) each disposed between a terminal of the pair of terminals that is disposed at a low-potential side of the cell and the ground. Further, each switch connects the ground to the terminal disposed at the low-voltage side of the cell when the voltage measurement section measures the voltage of the cell.
