PURPOSE: To attain simply the talking even for an unskilled person by providing a display element indicating an operation key enabling the talking with an other party against to the call of the other party.

CONSTITUTION: When a reception signal is call signal from the opposite party, a voice signal is supplied from a control section 6 to a speaker 8 via a sound volume controller 12 and an amplifier 7 and the call tone is generated from the speaker 8. In making a talking with the other party against the call tone, a handset 9 is hooked off and a prescribed operation key provided with a key operation section 10 is operated. A control section 6 connects the handset to a reception section 3 and a transmission section 4 a talking signal from the opposed party is sent to the handset 9 via an antenna 1, a branching filter 2 and the reception section 3, the talking signal from the handset 9 is sent to the opposite party from the antenna 1 via the transmission section 4 and the branching filter 2 to attain the talking with the opposite party. Thus, the talking is attained simply by an unskilled person.
