This cellulose accetate twisted yarn is a twisted yarn containing Z≥20wt.% cellulose acetate fiber having a high specific gravity and 1.3-1.9 refractive index, and containing 5-30wt.% inorganic fine particles having ≥3.5 specific gravity, having 20-100 compounding ratio (Wf) with another fiber in the case of having >1000 and ≤2000 number of twists (Tn), and satisfying an equation: Wf≥(-0.05×Tn)+70 in the case of having ≤1000 number of twists.
