Abstract:
To provide an excellent cellulose ester film of high production efficiency reduced in process contamination when manufactured, a phase difference film of excellent characteristic, and a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display using those.
This cellulose ester film contains at least one kind of polycondensed ester obtained from a dicarboxylic acid mixture having 6.0 or more to 10.0 or less average carbon number, containing at least one dicarboxylic acid having an aromatic ring and at least one aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and at least one aliphatic diol having 2.0 or more to 2.5 or less of average carbon number.
