Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cellulose fiber blowing-in device capable of uniformly mixing cellulose fibers and a liquid adhesive with a simple structure; and a wet type cellulose fiber blowing-in method easily executable by the contractor worker without causing settlement of a cellulose fiber heat insulation layer even after construction.SOLUTION: A cellulose fiber blowing-in device is provided for filling the cellulose fibers in a wall inside space of a building by blowing in together with the adhesive, and comprises a first cylinder part composed of a hard pipe and connecting a carrier hose to its inlet, a second cylinder part composed of a flexible pipe and connecting an outlet of the first cylinder part to its inlet, a connection part provided outside the first cylinder part and connected with a force feed hose, a spray part provided on an inner periphery of the first cylinder part, slantingly provided in the outlet direction and the central axis direction of the first cylinder part and spraying the adhesive and an adhesive supply part having a capillary part for connecting the connection part and the spray part.
