PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersed liquid containing cellulose fine fiber excellent in the dispersibility of the cellulose fine fiber and having excellent transparency when being into a composite resin, a method for producing a cellulose fine fiber-dispersed liquid, and a fiber composite resin.SOLUTION: Provided is a cellulose fine fiber-dispersed liquid at least comprising: cellulose fine fiber; the quarternary ammonium compound having a vinyl group; water; and a water-soluble UV-curable monomer.
