To provide a cellulose resin composition having excellent moldability, heat resistance, impact resistance and proper flexibility, and hardly deteriorating with time.

The cellulose resin composition includes a cellulose ether ester having a hydrocarbon group and a 7-18C aliphatic acyl group, and an inorganic salt containing an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal.
