PURPOSE: To obtain cellulosic nonwoven fabric in which adhesive resin particles scattered on the both sides of cellulosic nonwoven fabric are mutually continued, having both-side heat sealing property and useful for pack, etc., for extraction.

CONSTITUTION: A granular adhesive resin (e.g. polyethylene or polypropylene) is scattered on one side of cellulosic nonwoven fabric, especially nonwoven fabric of rayon continuous filament and the resin is exuded into other face by thermally pressing the adhesive resin to the nonwoven fabric to provide both-sided heat sealing property to the nonwoven fabric.
