Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose-resin composite excellent in strength characteristics.SOLUTION: The cellulose-resin composite containing cellulose and a resin is characterized by containing: a polymer containing a carboxylic acid anhydride as a polymer component; and cellulose to which at least one aldehyde selected from the group consisting of monoaldehydes and dialdehydes has been added. Preferably, the aldehyde has 5 or more carbon atoms, or an aldehyde group of the aldehyde is acetalized with a lower alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
