PURPOSE: To prevent separation of a roof plate by parting a cement-base roof plate body solidified and moulded integrally with a mesh core to be a flat plate into a plural surfaces, providing reference grooves from the front to the back, and bending angularly and parting along them.
CONSTITUTION: A cement-base roof plate body 3 solidified and moulded integrally with a mesh core 33 of synthetic fibers or metal is formed to be a flat plate. The roof plate body 3 is parted into three surfaces of a front inclined surface 31, and a right and a left flash-board inclined surfaces 32, and two reference grooves 34 are provided from the front to the back. The plate body is then bent angularly to be parted taking the two reference grooves 34 for reference and using the mesh core 33 for a folding base, and a ridge cover of seal material is coated and fixed on the reference grooves 34. An urethane layer 26 is blown and formed on a roof base 2 next, and the roof plate body 3 is mounted and fixed on it. An angularly bent roof having a good strength can thus be formed.
