To provide a cement clinker and a solidifying material where the elution of hexavalent chromium from a modified land and the like is reduced and performances such as the strength development of the modified land and the like do not fall even when the cement clinker using a large amount of wastes such as industrial wastes, general wastes and the like and byproducts as raw materials is used and where the rising of manufacturing cost is suppressed.
The cement clinker having a hydraulic modulus (H.M.) of 2.20-2.45, including 61 mass% 3CaO-SiO2 and 6-14 mass% 4CaO-Al2O3-Fe2O3, having a half value width of peak of 0.2 or more and 0.25 or less when the X-ray diffraction angle (2) of 4CaO-Al2O3-Fe2O3 is 12.1 and having a (b) value in Hunter Lab color system when crushed to a Blaine specific surface area of 3,000-4,500 cm2/g of 8.5 or more and the solidifying material using the same are provided.
