Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cement dispersant composition improved in cement dispersibility and slump loss prevention property by mixing a specified ethylenic copolymer, lignin sulfonic acid (sulfonate) and anion interface activating agent in a prescribed weight ratio.
CONSTITUTION: This cement dispersant composition is produced by mixing (A) ethylenically unsaturated compound/maleic anhydrate co-polymer or hydrolyte thereof, (B) lignin sulfonic acid (sulfate) and (C) an anion surface activating agent so that the weight ratio of components A and B can become from 1:99 to 50:50 and the component C can become 0.1 to 50 wt.% in the total amount of components A and B in 100 wt.%. In the formula, R represents the hydrocarbon of 1-40C and AO represents the oxyalkylene of 2-18C. Besides, (p) represents 1 to 200, (m) and (n) represent each 1 to 3 and (k) represents 1 to 100. Further, an ethylenically unsaturated compound cell and a maleic anhydrate compound cell consisting of the formula can be block-bound or random-bound as well.
