Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement manufacturing apparatus which reduces the amount of chlorine solid fine particles in bleed gas taken into chlorine bypass equipment and can prevent the occurrence of the clogging of the filter cloth of a dust collector and blocking trouble in a transportation machine.SOLUTION: A cement manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a rotary kiln 30, a bleed pipe 51 which bleeds the kiln bottom of the rotary kiln of a part of kiln exhaust gas, and chlorine bypass equipment 50 which removes chlorine from exhaust gas bled through the bleed pipe and supplies dust containing potassium chloride to the bleed pipe 51.
