To improve various properties such as strength, specific gravity, surface roughness and the like for a product by the fabricating process of a solid freeform and to improve a fabrication time, man-hours and the like.
The layer of a constituent material in a powder state containing a polymer and an inorganic phosphate is formed on a fabrication chamber 102 by a moving stage 103. A binder is discharged on the layer from a liquid spraying head set at the moving stage 103 and the constituent material is solidified into a shape corresponding to the discharging pattern of the binder. The solid freeform can be formed by repeating the above mentioned process. The binder contains phosphate ions, at least one of an organic acid and an inorganic acid, a polyacid and a mainly aqueous solvent.
