Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaiming facility of cemented carbide alloys capable of safely evaporating the low melting point metals without damaging or breaking a reaction furnace by suppressing any local bumping of the low melting point metals. SOLUTION: In the cemented carbide alloy reclaiming facility 10 in which a plurality of reaction containers 11 with the used cemented carbide alloys and low melting point metals charged therein are stacked in the vertical direction, and placed in a heating container 12 in a sealed condition, each reaction container 11 is heated from the outside to melt the binder of cemented carbide alloys in the low melting point metals, the low melting point metals are evaporated, the evaporated low melting point metals are led to a recovery container 14 which is disposed below the heating container 12 with a periphery thereof cooled via a conduit hole 13, and solidified, and the low melting point metals are recovered in the recovery container 14, the plurality of conduit holes 13 for passing through the vapor of the low melting point metals are distributed to unify the vacuum pressure in each reaction container 11, and generation of any local bumping is prevented thereby.
