To produce a cemented wood board having high flexural strength in high uniformity at a low cost while keeping the moisture-absorbing, heat- insulation and sound-insulation properties of cemented wood board.

This cemented wood board 2 is produced by mixing wood pieces 4, 6, 8 with cement paste 10, filling the mixture in a prescribed mold, applying pressure in the direction of the thickness of the mixture to form a compression- molded board and solidifying the board. The cemented wood board 2 has a woven fabric 12 made of a synthetic resin fiber having low elongation on the surface of the board in an integrally fixed state. The fiber material 12 is pasted to the mixture before the compression molding of the board using an adhesive having high adhesivity to the cement paste 10.
