In the center bearing support, an inner ring 12 for retaining a center bearing 3 is provided on the inner periphery of an outer ring 11 fixed to a vehicle body side through the elastic body 13 comprising a rubber-like elastic material forming a bent shape projected in an axial direction, a dust cover 4 surrounding the outer periphery of an end of the inner ring 12 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a rotation shaft 2 supported on the center bearing 3, and a protection cylinder body 132 comprising a rubber-like elastic material extended in the axial direction between the dust cover 4 and the elastic body 13 on the outer peripheral side is provided on the inner ring 12. By the protection cylinder body 132, the interference of the elastic body 13 and the dust cover 4 is prevented.
