PURPOSE: To improve safety at collision time of an automobile by connecting an outer ring through an elastic unit to the peripheral side of an inner ring of supporting a bearing, and providing an impact force transmitting part, protruded to an axial direction one end side of the outer ring, in this outer ring as an integral or separate unit.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet metal-made outer ring 6 is connected through a rubber state elastic material-made elastic unit 3 to the peripheral side of a sheet metal- made inner ring 1 of supporting a bearing 2. An outward facing flange part 8 is integrally molded before a cylinder part 7 of the outer ring 6, and an almost cylindrical impact force transmitting part 9 is integrally molded toward the front in a peripheral end part of this flange part. When an automobile collides to bring a flange 16 into butt contact with the impact force transmitting part 9, by this impact force, a bracket 12 is dislocated from a bolt 14, to make a propeller shaft 15 escape rearward. By a degree of providing the impact force transmitting part 9 in the outer ring 6, a time from collision till dislocating the bracket 12 from the bolt 14 can be shortened, to enable safety to improve.
