Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a drill center position detecting method which is by means of image processing and by which a drill center position can be detected by means of a drill.
CONSTITUTION: The image signal of a rotating drill whose image has been received at an image pick-up portion is binarized at an image processing portion, and its binarization image 4a is disnlayed at a monitor 3, end this binarization image 4a is probed at the image processing portion from the top of the cursor 16 of the monitor 3, and a drill center is detected with a high speed and accurately.
