Abstract:
To provide a machine tool centering jig which can easily and quickly be mounted on the machine tool and adjusted.
The centering jig comprises a spindle mounting member 10 which is attached to a main spindle 90 of a milling machine and has a slide opening 10b, a dial gauge 80 for measuring displacement of a movably supported stylus 89 when it is pushed and for showing the displacement by a pointer, and a slide member 11 which is movable in the direction parallel to the slide opening 10b and holds the dial gauge 80 so that the gauge axis moves along one of straight lines perpendicularly intersecting a main spindle axis 90b.
