Abstract:
To provide a centering mechanism which can realize easy and high accurate centering.SOLUTION: Provide is a centering mechanism of an axis processing machine. The axis processing machine has: a driven bearing 22 which is installed on a shaft arm 9a side of a power generator shaft 9; a driving bearing which is installed on a tip side of the power generator shaft; a connection arm which connects the driven bearing and the driving bearing; a cutting part attached to the connection arm; and a drive part which generates drive power which rotates the connection arm along an outer periphery of the power generator shaft. The centering mechanism has: a first jig 31 which is attached to a chuck claw of the driven bearing at a position where the shaft arm and the chuck claw face each other; and a first bolt 33 which penetrates both of the first jig and the shaft arm. The centering mechanism screws in or out the first bolt, thereby adjusting an attachment angle of the driven bearing to the power generator shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
