Abstract:
To reduce labor for forming an adjustment wheel of a centerless grinder into a required shape, and to simplify motion control of a tool for processing an adjustment wheel.SOLUTION: A centerless grinder 10 comprises a truing tool 21 for truing a surface of an adjustment wheel 14, and a truing device 20 which holds the truing tool 21 so that a procession position, at which the surface of the adjustment wheel 14 is processed by the truing tool 21, becomes a predetermined position. The truing device 20 holds the truing tool 21 so that an angle between a line segment connecting a center position of a work-piece 30, of which a position is determined by a blade 16, and a center of the adjustment wheel 14, and a horizontal direction becomes equal to an angle between a line segment connecting the processing position and the center of the adjustment wheel 14, and the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
