Abstract:
To allow centerless grinding by providing a technology of providing a feed angle θ, with compact, lightweight and low-cost constitution, to a rotating center axis R-R of an adjusting grinding wheel 7 of a centerless grinding device.
A lower slide 2, a horizontal turning device 3, a tapered spacer 14 and an upper slide 4 are stacked on a bed 1 which is a base member, and an adjusting wheel spindle stock 5 is mounted thereon. The tapered spacer 14 is a plate member with a gradient equivalent to the angle θ, at both faces, but the mutual vertical relation of the members interposed between the bed 1 and the adjusting wheel spindle stock 5 is unlimited, that is, the stacking order may be changed.
