Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid forgetting to instruct a next calling date by automatically determining the next calling date which is to be informed to a device controller by a centralized managing device so as to reduce the operating burden of the operator of the centralized managing device. SOLUTION: Data transmitted to a modem 72 through a communication line network from a data terminal are successively inputted to CPU 91 through a communication interface 71, etc. CPU 91 processing these data prepares a managing data of a upying machine to be connected with the data terminal. In addition, at the time of communication at a fixed time, next fixed calling date and time data is transmitted to the side of a data terminal from the side of CPU 91 to select the day of the week and the time of calling for each data terminal to determine as a date and time nearest from a present time among them. In addition, in order to avoid the overlapping of the calling times of plural data terminals sharing the same day of the week as their calling day of the week, it is managed to avoid many data terminals from calling a center at the same date.
