PURPOSE: To attain accurate central management and central control by controlling and managing devices to be controlled in the unit of groups.

CONSTITUTION: The group is displayed on a group setting menu in a cooling heating system 1 under a preset condition. A cursor key is put on a display of an indoor equipment whose belonging group is desired to be revised and a return key is depressed to set the equipment to a state to be going to be changed to other group. Then the cursor is moved to a menu of an indoor equipment corresponding to a group number to be displayed or an indoor equipment belonging to other group thereby confirming the revision of the group. After the required revision is made, a menu key is depressed and the executed revision is registered to a recording medium and a memory. Thus, a display menu is again a tenant relating setting menu. The cursor is put on a tenant setting position and the return key is depressed, the display section 2 is set to a tenant setting menu. The system with high flexibility is built up in this way and accurate central management and central control are executed.
