To provide a central processing device, a method thereof, and a monitored person monitoring system that can increase business efficiency.SOLUTION: A server device SV, which is one example of a central processing device of the present invention, is a device that manages each piece of monitored information on a plurality of monitored people Ob. The server device SV stores a correspondence relation with terminal devices TA and SP, which are transmission destinations to which the monitored information on the monitored people Ob based on a detection result received from a sensor device SU is transmitted, and transmits, when a detection result is received from the sensor device SU, the received detection result to the terminal devices TA and SP corresponding to the sensor device SU based on the stored correspondence relation. The correspondence relation is a relation in which a plurality of sensor devices SU is associated with one terminal device TA or SP within each certain spatial range, and the correspondence relation is dynamically changed according to the locations of the terminal devices TA and SP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
