Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently receive data of devices such as gas meters installed to each household through a telephone line. SOLUTION: In a central supervisory system, a gas meter 34 and a sensor such as a gas leakage alarm device are connected to a transmitter 33 installed to each household 3(n), information such as metering, protection and maintenance is informed to a central supervisory center 2 (master station) through a telephone line 4 and the central supervisory center totally manages states of installed devices to each household such as the gas meter. In this case, a telephone line is connected to each household 3(n) by either automatic dialing by a supervisory equipment 21 of the central supervisory center 2 or manual dialing by a master set side telephone set 22 to log metering data or the like of the installed device such as the gas meter 34.
