Title:
CENTRAL VENTILATION BUILDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3871859
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central ventilation building capable of keeping balance of ventilation.
SOLUTION: A ventilating fan 32 is provided separately in a toilet 25 adjoining to a passage 26 for exhausting air in the toilet 25 to the outside of a building. On a central ventilating apparatus 6 pressure control means 67 is provided for keeping in a predetermined range a pressure difference between the adjacent passage 26 and the toilet 25 through a ventilation section 28. Since exhausting power by a ventilating fan 32 is larger, supplied air and staying air are all sucked up with the ventilating fan 32 and are exhausted to the outside of the building with the aid of pressure control means 67, while since pressure in the toilet 25 becomes lower than the passage 26, air staying in then passage 26 is prevented from flowing into the toilet 25. Further, the amount of suction or exhaust of air from the air suction inlet 61A or the exhaust outlet 64A is controlled such that the pressure difference falls within the predetermined range when the ventilation fan 32 is not employed or when it is employed, so that balance of ventilation can be kept intactly.
