This centralized control device controls the operating conditions of a plurality of show cases SC or the like together, and it is constructed to be provided with a main control device 3, and terminal side control devices which are provided in each show case SC or the like to be allowed to connect with the main control device 3 in a predetermined number of units, and to which each individual channel is allocated. The main control device 3 is provided with a transmitting and receiving means that transmits the data on the operating conditions such as the set temperature and the defrosting time of the show cases or the like to the terminal side control devices, and that receives the data on the operating conditions that are transmitted from the terminal side control device, an indication means, and a control means that indicates each data on the indication means. This control means is provided with a function to bunch a plurality of terminal side control devices 6 into such groups that are divided by the operating conditions. When each data is indicated on the indication means, it is indicated per group.
