A centralized controller 20 is installed in an office building 90, and concentrically controls a plurality of facility apparatuses including at least an air conditioner 10. The centralized controller 20 includes a main body 21, a fitting part 22, a display 23, a first LAN port 24, and a second LAN port 25. The fitting member 22 is used to fit and install the main body 21 on a wall surface. The display 23 is arranged in the front of the main body 21, and is a touch panel type. The first LAN port 24 is installed on the back of the main body 21, and mounted with a connector for a LAN cable 80 used for connection with a remote control apparatus 30 remotely controlling the facility apparatuses. The second LAN port 25 is arranged on a surface other than the back of the main body 21. The second LAN port 25 may be mounted with a connector for the LAN cable 80 from the front side of the main body 21.
