The centralized monitoring system includes: a centralized monitoring device 70 connected to filling station devices 10, 30, 40, and 50 and to a filling station vending device 60 connected with the filling station devices, and receiving and storing data related to the maintenance of the filling station devices and the vending device from the filling station devices and the vending device; and a centralized monitoring server 80 connected to the centralized monitoring device so as to send and receive data, receiving and storing data related to maintenance from the monitoring device, and transferring to a mobile terminal 100, data contained in the data related to maintenance and showing a situation to prevent continuous operation of the filling station devices and/or the vending device.
