Abstract:
PURPOSE: To agitate and mix the sample with reagent in a sample container supported by a container receiving member by striking, during a centrifugal operation, by providing the container receiving member which is mounted to the top end of an arm member and is rotationally driven and a striking means for striking the moving tank under rotation in correspondence thereto.
CONSTITUTION: The reagent is charged into a very small amt. of the sample injected into the sample container 8 and the sample container 8 is supported by the container receiving member 9 and is subjected to the centrifugal operation. The container receiving member 9 which is supported by a driving shaft and is rotationally driven by the arm 7 consisting of an elastic material is struck by the striking device 10. As a result, the sample and reagent in the sample container 8 are vibrated and are mixed during the centrifugal operation.
