Abstract:

To provide a new centrifugal barrel polishing device capable of performing washing and rust-prevention processing of a workpiece after polishing at the time of centrifugal barrel polishing and shortening time till take-out.

This device is provided with a plurality of polishing tanks 20 rotatably/revolvably mounted on a rotary disc 16 via a rotation shaft 18. Charging is enabled from one side wall 20c center part of the polishing tank 20 via a charging passage 58 formed in the rotation shaft 18, and discharging is enabled from the other side wall 20d center part. External cooling is enabled by performing cooling water spray 70, etc. from the outside of the polishing tank 20.
