Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal multiple blade blower capable of preventing blowing characteristics in low pressure loss as well as restraining generation of blowing sound by effectively preventing collision of suction air and discharge air (back flow) in high pressure loss.
SOLUTION: A guide plate 14 erected perpendicular to the surface direction of the surface of slope of an upper wall like a screen on the outer peripheral side from the inside diameter of a bell mouth 26 and inclined in the vertical direction while curled to the inside diameter side of a centrifugal impeller 12 on the inner peripheral side from the inside of the bell mouse 26 at the constant curvature is integrally formed in a range in which the back flow phenomenon near a nose part of a scroll casing 13 of a centrifugal multiple blade blower 1 is to be easily generated. Therefore, collision of suction air to be sucked to a suction port 25 formed by a bell mouse 26 in high pressure loss and discharge air to be discharged from the suction port 25 is prevented, and the guide plate 14 is so prevented as to be taken as a resistance member of suction air in low pressure loss.
