Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease an unstable factor due to mechanical friction and obtain stable rotary speed at brake operation, by oil hydraulically operating a brake. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft is rotated, thrust force in proportion to its rotary speed is generated by centrifugal force, then guide plates 24 mounted to the upper portion of arms 7 are moved downward. The thrust force at preset rotary speed of brake operation is balanced with a weight 26 and reaction force of an adjustably compressed resilient member. in a state at the preset rotary speed of brake operation, the guide 24 pulls downward a latch 39 through a reciprocating member 9. In this way, a piston 42 is pressed by a resilient member 44 to push a rod 57 of an oil hydraulically driven body 56 and generate brake oil pressure. When the brake is released, a handle 53 is turned to pull a piston rod 49, then the piston is moved to the right from a postion of the latch 39.
