A first recessed part 117 for fitting a part of a damper rubber 116 is arranged in the arm part 106b, and a second recessed part 118 for engaging the damper rubber 116 is arranged in the other end part of the weight part 106a, and the damper rubber 116 is relatively movably held by the first recessed part 117 and the second recessed part 118.
