PURPOSE: To improve the liquid transferability on centrifugal extraction by forming an outer communicative pass for delivering liquid of high density which has been separated and forming a spiral recessed and projection part for transferring liquid of low density upwards on rotation on the inside of a recovery pipe for liquid of low density having liquid collecting ports in which the liquid of low density flows.
CONSTITUTION: When liquid of high density and liquid of low density are each fed from liquid inlets 14 and a mixture of both liquids is guided to a centrifugal separation part 7, since a phase separation rotor 3 is in a state of rotating, centrifugal force is given to the liquid mixture in the centrifugal separation part 7, causing a water phase H, an organic phase L and a boundary B to be formed. The liquid of high density after centrifugal separation treatment is taken out from the water phase H to outside a casing through an outer communicative port 9. On the other hand, the liquid of low density is delivered into extraction holes 23 of a recovery pipe for liquid of low density 21 from the organic phase L through each liquid collecting port 22. The liquid of low density formed into a water film F or a column is delivered upwards in order by upward transfer force with the screw feeding action on the rotation of a spiral recessed and projection part 29 inside the recovery pipe 21 and discharged from a discharge port 25.
