Abstract:
To provide a centrifugal fan and a cooker equipped with the centrifugal fan of low noise with high blasting efficiency by suppressing the separation of an air current at the suction surface of a blade of a conventional centrifugal fan.
An inflow edge 5a of the blade 5 of this centrifugal fan 1 is provided with a projecting part formed by either one of a recessed part and a projecting part, and the separation of an air current at the suction surface of the blade is suppressed by a vertical vortex formed by the projecting part.
