A centrifugal fan includes a first casing, a second casing, a driving device, a centrifugal blade and an annular flow guiding plate. The centrifugal blade has a hub and vanes arranged around the hub. The driving device is fixed to the second casing so as to be connected to the hub. The first casing forms a chamber and a blowout port with the second casing, has a suction port in the center, and has a first arc-shaped structure on an inner surface positioned around the suction port. The annular flow guiding plate has a second arc-shaped structure opposed with a clearance to the first arc-shaped structure on the inner surface in close vicinity to the outermost edges of the vanes, and is arranged on the outer edges of the vanes.
