Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fan which includes an air outlet formed between an upper casing and a lower casing on a side surface of a square casing, achieves thickness reduction, and inhibits part of air blown from an outer periphery of an impeller from flowing back to reduce noise.SOLUTION: A centrifugal fan includes: a casing; and an impeller 8 disposed in the casing and having an annular shroud 9, a plurality of blades 10, and a main plate 11. The main plate 11 of the impeller 8 has an inclined surface 11a between the inner periphery side and the outer periphery side so that the inner periphery side and the outer periphery side are respectively positioned at an axial upper side and an axial lower side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
