In the centrifugal force load test apparatus 50, a rotational arm 5 extending in the horizontal direction is fixed to a vertical rotational shaft 4. A rocking frame 6 is suspended by the rotational arm. A hydraulic exciter 12 is mounted inside the rocking frame. A hydraulic source 13 for driving the rotational arm and the hydraulic exciter is disposed in a stationary system. A hydraulic path 16b for introducing the hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic source is formed inside the rotational shaft and rotational arm. Link system hydraulic piping 20 is made flexible between the rotational arm part and the rocking frame.
