PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a propeller utilizing a centrifugal force.SOLUTION: First links (5) of a link device of two sets of quadric rotation linkages, which are disposed on a cradle (3) connected to a base (1), are rotated by a motor (4) so that a link device performs a predetermined rotation. As a result, a centrifugal force is generated by a weight (16) disposed on a third link (14), and is utilized as a propelling force for a transportation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
