Abstract:

To provide a technique which is capable of decreasing a governor difference while balancing the governor difference and hunting.

A torque up device 10 is inserted between a first lever 1A and a second lever 1B. In an over-load drive of an engine, the second lever 1B is completely received with a fuel limiting device 7 corresponding to the pull load equivalent position 4/4 while, at the same time, it is constituted that a pull force of a governor spring and an elastic power of a torque spring 13 is allowed to oppose to the governor F and an elastic force of the torque spring is overwhelmed by the governor force F to bring back the torque pin 12 in a governor adjustment area La in which the adjustment amount of a rack pin 6 is moved between a non-load corresponding position 0/4 and a full load corresponding position 4/4.
